Peer led activities are offered on a weekly basis, some of which include:
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
The program is peer led by trained individuals to provide tools and strategies to clients to help enhance the overall quality of their lives. Seven WRAP Courses were offered with a total of 70 graduates last year. A WRAP Support and Review Group is offered weekly for graduates of the eight week course.

Open Consumer Meetings
Held on a monthly basis to obtain feedback and input from clients regarding the programming at Mental Health Connections.
Peer Advisory Group
A small group of specified clients meet monthly with management to discuss issues and opportunities.
Tri-County Consumer Mental Health Network
The Network consists of three groups in the Ontario Health – Windsor-Essex County; Chatham-Kent County; Sarnia-Lambton County. The Network meets on a regular basis to discuss opportunities and strategies to improve the health care system. The Network provides consumers with an opportunity to provide feedback into the health care system. Social networking amongst the three groups takes place on a quarterly basis in one of the three areas.
