As leaders of the local health care system, the Erie St. Clair Local Health Intigration Network (LHIN) is making the health system more efficient while maintaining and improving access to quality care – a better patient experience. You can find many examples of the great work done on our website.
The are 14 LHINs in the province of Ontario. The Erie St. Clair LHIN covers a geographical area from Grand Bend to Windsor and includes the regions of Chatham-Kent, Sarnia/Lambton and Windsor/Essex, funding 82 local health service providers who provide care for residents throughout our communities.
